Sharing one of my fav Ab Routines, it makes the favorite list for two essential reasons, 1. It takes no longer than 12mins to complete, a great post workout number & 2. It’ll have your entire core pinching, up your heart rate and leave you feeling like you deserve to add another teaspoon of peanut butter to your post work shake! 😜
Don’t cheat yourself, be sure to finish strong w/20 burpees immediately after the final plank!

Advanced: Up the intensity by cutting the rest time in half and/or raise alternate arms & legs during plank holds. Kill it! 👊
