POW!!! I just killed half a pound of fat in 35mins… #FatKiller —- My most favorite ‘hated’ cardio is done first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach (for those that find they lack the energy to really bust a great sweat I sometimes eat half a grapefruit) …get familiar with HIIT 👉 High Intensity Interval Training, we have a love-hate relationship! This morning I did mine on the treadmill alternating the incline and speed every 5-8mins - I’ll also jump off the machine during the lower speed & incline settings to perform a combination of body exercises; pop-squats, jumping jacks, burpees, jumping lunges, push ups, staggered push ups & crunches (20 reps). TEST YOURSELF, IT’S SUPPOSE TO HURT!!! You’ll feel like King Kong afterwards, trust me!
