#tbt Mannnn listen, allow me to show you what 5’5 and 167lbs looks like. POW! 😆 A throwback from earlier this year, the winter months for me usually mean I’m team thick-THICK-fit haha.
I’ve never used being thick as an excuse not to workout and be active. Too often I hear women say things like, girl I’m too thick for all that! But that is simply an excuse and/or a fear most use to avoid trying new things. Get a #ThickFIT girl moving and lifting a weight or two and she’ll no doubt be a POWERHOUSE!!! A fit life is a healthy one so ladies, let’s drop our excuses and get active! Pay less attention to your weight and focus more on being STRONG!
