It annoys me to hear people say, Lita you’re strong for a girl! 😑 I’m not strong for a girl, I’m just strong! And unapologetically so. I laugh in the face of stupid stereotypes; women should be this, women should be that, the definition of beauty is this, the ideal body is that… RUBBISH!!!. 😤
I’m here to say YOU, and only you should define yourself. Nobody else. Don’t be afraid to test these BS stereotypes, don’t be intimidated to lift weights, don’t be apologetic that you’re stronger than the boys (😎) and don’t feel insecure when you don’t meet the standards of mass opinion and the mediocracy of society.

Real time!!! Being the habitual creature that I am, I’m so glad to finally back into full swing of my regular routine. For me, lots of travel means lots of temptation …my inner fat girl sometimes gets the best of me 🙈… I just smashed a 75min interval routine that consists of:
STEADY JOGGING >
SIDE SHUFFLES >
BACKWARDS RUNNING >
STEEP INCLINE POWER WALK > DEEP WALKING LUNGES ON INCLINE >
….followed by a 20mins non-stop AB routine for some abdominal conditioning, I mean sitting on a plane does nothing to strengthen my core and the flight attendants weren’t too keen on me planking in the aisles 😑 …….I’m backkkk, goal: to be down 4lbs by Sunday 😉 I will succeed, no doubt about it!!! 💃
